For refills of your prescription medications ordered by Pikes Peak Nephrology Associates, PC providers, please contact your pharmacy several days before you run out of medication.  We process pharmacy requests within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Please be prepared to give your pharmacy the following information when you request refills:

• Patient name (with correct spelling)
• Patient's date of birth
• Phone number
• Medication (and spelling)
• Dosage
• How medication is taken

Please let your provider know if you require a written prescription for mail order pharmacy services.  Mail order prescriptions will be mailed to you at your home address.  Please utilize My Patient Page to keep your personal information up to date to avoid delays.
