Because testing plays an important role in understanding and treating renal conditions, we utilize TestCallto deliver your confidential Test Results.
Once results have been received by our office, TestCall will notify you that your test results are ready for retrieval. You can call (866) 507-8894 at your convenience, day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and follow the instructions below to retrieve your test results. We normally receive results of most testing within 5-7 business days.
To Access Your Test Results by Phone:
Dial the TestCall toll-free access number: 1-(866) 507-8894
When prompted for your PIN, enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number then push the # sign.
When prompted for your four-digit date of birth, enter two digits for the month and two digits for the day, then push the # sign. (Example: September would be entered 0904 and then push the # sign)
When prompted for your telephone number, enter your 10-digit telephone number, which includes your area code, then push the # sign. This should be the same number we used to notify you that your results are ready for retrieval.
If you have tried to retrieve your test results before being notified by TestCall and the system does not recognize your PIN or other personal identifier number, this means your test results are not ready for retrieval. Please try calling a bit later.
Retrieving your results via the Internet:
Log onto the TestCall website at www.remindercall.us/patient or follow the link provided under the "Test Results" tab on Pikes Peak Nephrology Associates PC's website. Click Patient Log-In.
Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your PIN.
Enter your four-digit date of birth, using two digits for the month and two digits for the day. (Example: September 4th would be entered 0904.)
Enter your 10-digit telephone number, which includes your area code. This should be the same number we used to notify you that your results are ready for retrieval.
Make sure that your computer's speakers are on and the volume is turned up.
Click the Login button.
If you have tried to retrieve your test results before being notified by TestCall and the system does not recognize your PIN or other personal identifier numbers, this means that your test results are not ready for retrieval. Please try logging in again later.
