Kidney disease is complicated, but this much we know – effective treatment can prolong kidney life and enhance a patient’s quality of life. Improving lives through better health – it’s not a simple thing, but it’s the reason we’ve been getting up every day for the past 30 years and going to work to care for southern Coloradoans facing kidney disease.

All established patients are encouraged to sign up for our Patient Portal. This will allow you to email our staff members with non-emergent questions. It also enables you to view your lab results that are interfaced with our electronic health record. Speak to any employee and we can get you registered quickly. Sign up is very easy.
