Prescription Refills

For refills of your prescription medications ordered by Pikes Peak Nephrology Associates, please contact your pharmacy several days before you run out of medication. We process pharmacy requests within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please utilize the Patient Portal to keep your personal information up to date to avoid delays. 

Please call your pharmacy directly to check on the status of your refill request.

Be prepared to give your pharmacy the following information when you request refills:

• Patient name (with correct spelling)
• Patient's date of birth
• Phone number
• Medication (and spelling)
• Dosage
• How medication is taken

Mail Order Pharmacy

With our state of the art electronic medical record we can transmit your prescription directly to your mail order pharmacy. Paper prescriptions are no longer required. Call your mail order pharmacy to set up your personal account with them.

Military Pharmacy

All local military installations now have the ability to accept electronic prescriptions from our office. Please inform our staff members if you would like your prescriptions sent to a military installation.
